How Do I Book a Tour?

  1. Select your preferred tour and date.
  2. Complete the booking form with your details.
  3. Submit payment to confirm your reservation.
  4. Receive a confirmation email with meeting point details.

When Is Payment Required?

  • • Full payment is required to confirm your reservation.
  • • Your booking is secured only after payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation email has been issued.

What Happens After I Book?

You will receive:

  • • A confirmation email
  • • Meeting point instructions
  • • Tour details and duration
  • • Contact information in case you need assistance

If you have not received confirmation, please contact us immediately.

Can I Cancel or Reschedule?

  • • 24 hours or more before the scheduled tour time: Full refund.
  • • Less than 24 hours before the tour: Non-refundable.
  • • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.

What If I Am Late?

Tours begin promptly at the scheduled time.

If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee participation or refunds for late arrivals.

Are Tours Suitable for Everyone?

Our walking tours involve moderate physical activity. If you have mobility concerns or medical conditions, please contact us in advance so we can advise accordingly.
