Cancellation Policy

Standard Cancellations

• • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the tour: 100% refund.
• • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour: non-refundable.

No-Show Policy

Failure to appear at the agreed meeting point and time will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

Weather Policy

Tours operate rain or shine unless conditions pose a safety risk.

In case of cancellation by Taste and Time Traveler due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, participants may choose:

• ✓ A full refund
• ✓ Rescheduling (subject to availability)

Modifications

• • Requests to reschedule are subject to availability and must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• • Refunds are processed using the original payment method and may take several business days depending on the payment provider.
